It’s our duty here at to ensure that our fellow vegetarians don’t get left out of the foodie fun…ever… so, we’ve complied our favorite vegetarian burger recipes for the occasion! Let the celebrations begin… Salmon Burger

What It Takes
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Servings: 6-8


What You’ll Need

  • 1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 3 tablespoons egg whites ( or 1 whole egg beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • preferred sandwich bread

What You’ll Do:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, egg whites, olive oil, green onions, and 2/3 bread crumbs
  3. Season with lemon pepper, paprika and garlic
  4. Form mixture into patties ( about 1/2 inch each
  5. Coat patties with crumbs and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
  6. Bake 10 -15 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, or until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Add to bun / sandwich bread with preferred toppings
  8. Enjoy!
