What It Takes

  • Prep Time: 2 mins
  • Cook Time: Until desired consistency 
  • Servings: 5 cups

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 2- 3 handfuls of spinach
  • ginger ( to your liking )
  • 1 can of pineapples ( 19 fl oz.)
  • 1 full scoop of protein powder (  we used  Plant Fusion Protein Powder)

What You’ll Do

  • Blend it all together! We used the Ninja which usually does the trick
  • Add water/pineapple juice/powder to alter desired consistency
